We provide ongoing support for the software we develop, for the operating systems we implement it on - usually Linux - and for the other components of the solutions we provide.

=== Complete solution support ===

When we supply a system to you - software, hardware, services, or any combination of these - we will offer you a support agreement to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly, for as long as you need it.

To put this in perspective, we are still providing ongoing support for applications that we originally developed almost two decades ago; and unlike some proprietary software companies, we do not use 'upgrade blackmail' on our customers by withdrawing support for older software at short notice, although we do tell you what new technologies are available and how they could benefit your business.

=== Hardware support from the manufacturers ===

We are authorised resellers for IBM, Lenovo and Asus and hardware we supply you with will be supported under the manufacturers standard terms, with options for extended support being available for most things. With hardware from other sources, support is provided by the manufacturer or manufacturers agent under their standard terms.

Hardware does become obsolete, and we have no control over when IBM, or any other supplier, will withdraw support for a particular platform or product, but you can be sure that if this happens we will ensure that you have the best advice on how to move forward.

=== Support for other companies software ===

Even if we have not provided your solution, we may be able to provide support for your existing systems because of our operating system expertise. For instance we are expert Linux System Administrators, and have wide experience in maintaining systems where Linux servers are utilised by other client operating systems, such as Windows.

Our in-depth knowledge of Sculptor 4GL and other programming languages and tools means that we can often provide application support, or at the very least develop a viable migration strategy, when other companies have given up. Flexible support agreements

In most cases, we recommend a regular support agreement that will provide an agreed level of service and response times appropriate to your business. This can be arranged on an annual, quarterly or monthly basis, and can be reviewed if your needs change. However, if you require an alternative, we will be pleased to discuss this with you.
